PRODUCTS & SIZING

What sizes do you offer?

Most adult unisex apparel is available in sizes S–2XL. Youth and toddler sizing is offered on select designs. Additional sizes may become available as the brand grows.


Are your shirts unisex?

Yes. All T-shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies are unisex and designed for a comfortable, true-to-size fit.
For a more fitted look, consider sizing down.


Do you have a size guide?

Yes. A size guide is available on each product page to help you choose the best fit.


How should I wash my Lordacity apparel?

To protect the design and extend the life of your garment:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design


Do you offer other merchandise besides apparel?

Currently, we offer apparel only. We are prayerfully expanding into tumblers, hats, and other faith-inspired items soon.


SHIPPING

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Each item is made with care and intention before shipping.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. International shipping will be added as the brand grows.


ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered processing, we may be able to assist. Please email help@lordacity.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery area first.
If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Lordacity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

To begin a return, email help@lordacity.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

You’ll receive next steps once your request is reviewed.


Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items as long as the requested size or color is in stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Are any items final sale?

Yes. The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition or custom items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used, worn, or altered apparel

  • Items with stains, odors, or damage not caused by shipping


LOCAL PICKUP

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available every Sunday at 10:00 AM at Faith Christian Center.

How do I request local pickup?

You must text 602-550-8944 by 5:00 PM on Saturday to request pickup service.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Confirmation that you are requesting Sunday pickup

Pickup is available by request only and must be confirmed in advance.


COLOR DISCLAIMER

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately display product colors. However, due to variations in screen and monitor settings, exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Slight color variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Lordacity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order, as address changes cannot be made after checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Is Lordacity a faith-based brand?

Yes. Lordacity is a faith-led brand rooted in relationship, testimony, and love. Our goal is to share the word of God in everyday places and meet people where they are.


Do you take prayer requests?

Yes. If you feel led, you’re welcome to include a prayer request when contacting us. We are honored to stand in faith with you.
