Refund policy

Returns (Hybrid 14 / 30 Policy)

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, items must be received back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition, free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Items must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition or custom items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used, worn, altered, or washed apparel

  • Items returned with stains, odors, or damage not caused by shipping


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution


Local Pickup Orders

Orders placed for local pickup are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above. Pickup must be completed before a return can be initiated.


Color Disclaimer

We do our best to accurately display the colors of our products. However, due to variations in screen and monitor settings, Lordacity cannot guarantee exact color accuracy as displayed on your device.

Please note:

  • Fabric colors may appear different depending on screen resolution, brightness, or display settings

  • Like-named colors across different apparel brands or styles (e.g., Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy) may not be an exact shade match

  • Product images are intended to represent items as accurately as possible, but slight color variations may occur

These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.


Shipping Address Disclaimer

Lordacity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. This includes packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to address errors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping and product information is accurate before submitting an order. Once an order has been placed, shipping details cannot be changed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lordacity is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
