At Blessed Breeze, every order is created with care, packaged with excellence, and prayed over before it leaves our hands. Our goal is to ensure you love your purchase and feel blessed by it. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, and we’re here to help!

Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth experience.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unstained

  • In their original condition

  • Free of deodorant, makeup, fragrance, or pet hair

Items that do not meet these standards cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and resale reasons.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For the safety, integrity, and spiritual purpose of the brand, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom orders

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturer defect

  • Items with odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re glad to assist as long as the item meets return standards and inventory is available.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back.
Once received and approved, we will ship the exchange.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless:

  • An incorrect item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged (must notify us within 48 hours with photos)

We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.


📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will make it right.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing time varies by bank (3–7 business days).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🏷 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by USPS or UPS

Please contact the carrier directly to start a claim.
