📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

As a small, faith-led business, every order is created with attention, care, and prayer to ensure quality and spiritual impact.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

🌍 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier/service selected

You pay exactly what the carrier charges — no added fees.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Lordacity is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Reshipping fees for returned packages

If an address issue occurs, contact us immediately at help@lordacity.com.

🚫 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is scanned by the carrier, it is under their responsibility.

For issues with delivery, please contact the carrier using your tracking number:

  • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

We will gladly support you during the claim process, but Lordacity cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

📍Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by request only.

Pickup is available Sundays from 10:00 AM-10:30 AM at a designated location

Pickup requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Saturday

Select Local Pickup at checkout and send a text to 602.550.8944 to confirm

Orders will not be available for pickup without confirmation.
